I hope you've seen in this workshop that there is a huge
amount of great Christian information on the Internet.
Many people think that Satan has cornered the market
on the Internet with all of the illicit websites that have been
created. But God continues to have the victory. A simple search on Alta Vista for the word "porn"
results in over 3 million web pages devoted to the topic.
But a simple search on the word
"God" results in over 4 million!
God will not be outdone! In the end, he always
wins. Many people are writing about God, talking about God, and
searching for God.
The Apostle John wrote these words at the conclusion
of his book about Jesus Christ:
"Jesus did many other things as well. If every
one of them were written down, I suppose that even the whole world would
not have room for the books that would be written" (John 21:25,
NIV).
Many people are writing down what Jesus has done in
their lives, and what he has taught them about God. And we have a
great opportunity to make the most of every tool available to us to
learn and grow and help others do the same.
But even with all this information available
to us, God still needs people like you and me to teach it, to preach it,
and even more, to live it so that we can make a difference in the
lives of others in this life and the next.
My prayer as I developed this course is that it would
be rich in content, full of truth, and delivered with
power. I
hope that goal has been accomplished.
